Return & Refund Policy

At StickScape, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality wall stickers and decorative products that you’ll love. However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


📦 Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Return is applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items received.

To initiate a return, please email us at scapestick@gmail.com with:

  1. Order number
  2. Clear photos/videos of the damaged or incorrect item
  3. Brief explanation of the issue

Once your return is approved, we’ll arrange for pickup or provide return instructions.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged product).


🔄 Replacements

In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong items, we’ll gladly send a free replacement (subject to availability) or offer a full refund as per your preference.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Please note that the following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used or installed
  • Custom or personalized stickers
  • Items on sale or clearance
